Several sponsorship opportunities are available for ASCE INSPIRE 2023!  Diamond level through Copper level allows an opportunity for everyone to promote your organization. If you don't see a sponsorship item below that you're interested in providing to INSPIRE 2023, we'd love to work with you.

Are you with a federal agency?  Become a member of the federal agency advisory council and connect with other agencies working in climate resilience, sustainability, and energy arena. Federal agency sponsors will have an opportunity to be a part of a federal agency hub in the Hall of Inspiration.

Are you with a university? University packages include 5 registrations and a tabletop to display your research. More information is below.

Diamond Level Sponsor – $30,000

  • Opening Plenary (1 available) : Join ASCE as we kick-off the conference with an opening luncheon plenary. This exclusive opportunity includes four (4) conference registrations, one (1) reserved table for your guests, podium recognition, and a 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth in the Hall of Inspiration.
  • Closing Plenary and Awards (1 available): Help ASCE thank attendees for their participation during the inaugural conference and highlight industry award winners. This exclusive opportunity includes:
    • Four (4) conference registrations, one (1) reserved breakfast table for your guests, podium recognition, and a 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth.
  • Welcome Reception in The Hall of Inspiration (1 available): Celebrate with ASCE during the Hall of Inspiration opening event. With music, food, and drinks, you will bring the event to life! Platinum Level Sponsor – $20,000

  • Mobile App (1 available): Provide a conference app with the full conference schedule, made available at the fingertips of all attendees! This exclusive opportunity puts your logo on the home screen of the app. Includes three (3) conference registrations. A 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth in the Hall of Inspiration is also included.
  • Conference Wi-Fi (1 available): Create a customized password all conference attendees will use when connecting to wi-fi! Your logo will be placed on prominent conference signage. Includes three (3) conference registrations. A 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth in the Hall of Inspiration is also included.

Gold Level Sponsor – $10,000

  • Poster Session Pastries and Coffee (1 available): Start INSPIRE off right with an opportunity for attendees to have refreshments during the poster presentations. Designed as a welcoming reception to the event, the breakfast will give attendees a chance to mingle and meet while also hearing the start of technical content. Includes two (2) conference registrations.
  • Friday Hall of Inspiration Networking Happy Hour (4 available): Sponsor or co-sponsor a Happy Hour on Friday night in the Hall of Inspiration. Several bars will be branded with your logo. Includes two (2) conference registrations.
  • Key Cards with Sponsor Logo (1 available): Put your logo on the Hyatt Regency Crystal City hotel key cards distributed to guests at check-in! Includes two (2) conference registrations.

Silver Level Sponsor – $5,000

  • Technical Tour (multiple available): With access to amazing D.C.-area sites, we will be offering outstanding technical tours! These opportunities will help ASCE cover the transportation costs to and from the hotel to the tour sites. Your logo will appear on the transportation shuttle along with the name of the tour. Includes one (1) conference registration.

  • Professional Headshot Hub (1 available): Allow everyone to shine online! This exclusive option lets you provide an opportunity for attendees to update their profile picture. A professional photographer will set up a backdrop and lighting in a spot in the Hall of Inspiration. Includes one (1) conference registration.

Bronze Level Sponsor – $3,000

Copper Level Sponsor – $1,500

University Sponsors – $5,000

  • Universities are encouraged to bring research students to present their work during exhibit hours or during the poster sessions. Each university will receive a 6’ table in the University Hub, five (5) student registrations, one (1) full (non-student) registration, one (1) technical tour ticket per registrant, and podium recognition. All registrations associated with this package must be from the same university.

Company/Organization flex package – $6,000

  • Flexible registration package: 4 flexible registration badges to share among your organization’s employees. This includes access to all technical sessions, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and access to the Hall of Inspiration. Logo on the conference website and on sponsor-specific signage at the event. A discounted 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth in the Hall of Inspiration is recommended as an optional add-on. Flexible registration badges will be distributed to the first four (4) members of your organization.  The organization must manage the badges after initial distribution (additional badges will not be printed on-site).
